Manual access verification & setup
- If you have just subscribed, follow the four-step access verification process on the homepage — the steps and the copy-ready email template live there.
- Did not receive your download yet? Write to us from your checkout email and we will re-issue the link from our side.
- Switching machines? Email us with your purchase email and we will help you set up on the new machine.
- Windows shows an "unverified publisher" warning the first time you run the file? Click More info > Run anyway only after confirming the file came from us by email. Only download from the link in your verification reply.
Billing & cancellation
- Stripe customers — open the self-service portal link inside any Stripe receipt to update card details, change billing email, or cancel.
- PayPal customers — open your PayPal automatic payments dashboard and cancel the recurring payment.
- Stuck on either side? Email us and we cancel from our side, usually within one business day. The full policy is on Refunds & cancellation.
Install & first run
- NovaQuant ships as a single Windows
.exe— no installer wizard. - Windows may show an “unverified publisher” warning the first time. Choose More info > Run anyway only after confirming you received the file directly from us.

Try NovaQuant Lite first
- NovaQuant Lite is a free limited preview of the desktop workspace — download Lite to explore the chart-first interface before subscribing.
- Lite has a limited symbol selection, a limited timeframe selection, the basic chart workspace, and no license requirement.
- Lite has no signals, no buy/sell markers, no signal history, no Discord or Telegram or webhook alerts, and no paper trading automation. Those are Premium features.
- If a Lite user opens a locked area, the app shows a small Premium Feature message instead — no upgrade-popup spam.
Reporting a bug
The fastest way to get a fix is a short note that includes:
- Your app version (from Settings → About NovaQuant)
- Whether you are on NovaQuant Lite or NovaQuant Premium
- The exact step where the issue happened — what you clicked and what you expected to see
- What actually happened (any error message, a screenshot if you can grab one)
