Start with My Account.
Most Premium questions are answered faster by signing in than by waiting on an email. Sign in to My Account with your checkout email to:
- Check your Premium status and current billing period
- Reveal or re-send your license key — a re-send gives you the same key, never a new one
- Open secure billing management to update your card or cancel
- See how many of your 3 device slots are in use

If signing in didn't resolve it — or your question isn't about Premium at all (install trouble, a bug, anything else) — everything goes to one address. Email novastationsupport@gmail.com from the same address you used at checkout, and we will reply within a business day.
Copy the address, then write to us from your own email app — include what you were doing and any error message.

Premium activation & setup
- NovaStation is a free download that opens as Lite, and you can start the 7-day Premium trial in-app, no card. When you subscribe, your Premium license key is emailed automatically to your checkout address — open NovaStation, choose Subscribe / Activate, and enter your checkout email and license key. See the full activation guide.
- Subscribed but your license email hasn't arrived? Check spam, promotions, and filtered inbox tabs. Then sign in to My Account — you can reveal the key on screen or re-send the email yourself, without waiting for us.
- Switching machines? Install NovaStation on the new machine and activate with your checkout email and NSP license key — there is no machine code to send. Premium covers up to 3 activated devices, and re-verifying a device you already activated does not use up another slot.
- Reached the device limit? Freeing a slot isn't something you can do yourself yet. Email us from your checkout address — tell us the computer you no longer use — and we will release the slot for you.
- Windows shows an "unverified publisher" warning the first time you run the file? Click More info > Run anyway. Only download NovaStation from the official download page on this site, and you can check the installer's SHA-256 before running it.
Billing & cancellation
- Manage or cancel yourself — sign in to My Account and open billing management (the secure Stripe portal) to update card details or cancel. The self-service portal link inside any Stripe receipt does the same thing.
- Can't sign in, or the portal won't load? Email us and we cancel from our side, usually within one business day.
- NovaStation subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancel anytime to stop future billing; access remains active through the end of the current billing period. The full policy is on Refunds & cancellation.
- Re-subscribing later? You keep your original license key — you won't be sent a new one. Reveal or re-send it from My Account.
Install & first run
- NovaStation runs on Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. It is a free download — a standard Windows setup installer. Download it, double-click, and walk through the wizard. No Python, Inno Setup, or developer tools required.
- Windows may show an “unverified publisher” warning the first time. Choose More info > Run anyway. Only download NovaStation from the official download page on this site.

Try NovaStation Lite first
- Lite is the free tier you get the moment you open NovaStation — download NovaStation free to explore the chart-first interface, and start the 7-day Premium trial in-app before deciding to subscribe.
- Lite has a limited symbol selection, the 1D chart preview only (the active 15m, 1h, and 4h timeframes are Premium), the basic chart workspace, and no license requirement.
- Lite has no signals, no buy/sell markers, no signal history, no alerts (including NovaPulse / Daily Pulse), no Signal Twin or Market Memory, no paper trading, and no NovaInsights. Those are Premium features.
- If a Lite user opens a locked area, the app shows a small Premium Feature message instead — no upgrade-popup spam.
Reporting a bug
The fastest way to get a fix is a short note that includes:
- Your app version (from Settings → About NovaStation)
- Whether you are on NovaStation Lite or NovaStation Premium
- The exact step where the issue happened — what you clicked and what you expected to see
- What actually happened (any error message, a screenshot if you can grab one)
