1. The service

NovaStation is a Windows desktop application that provides charting, configurable indicator overlays, signal monitoring, optional alert routing, and paper trading for cryptocurrency markets. NovaStation is a tool. It is not a broker, exchange, advisory service, investment manager, or financial advisor. Nothing produced by NovaStation — signals, alerts, paper trades, charts, or commentary — constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.

2. Subscription & billing

Pricing

NovaStation is offered as a monthly subscription at $14.99 / month USD, billed automatically on a recurring basis through Stripe. Price changes (if any) will be communicated by email and will not apply to the current billing cycle.

Premium trial

NovaStation includes a one-time 7-day Premium trial of the full feature set, started from inside the app. No payment method is required to start the trial. When the trial ends, NovaStation automatically reverts to the free Lite tier — it does not auto-charge you and does not convert into a paid subscription. If you want continued full access after the trial, you choose to subscribe separately. The trial is limited to one per device, and trial state is enforced locally on your machine.

Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card or banking information; that data lives with Stripe and is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

Renewal & cancellation

Your subscription auto-renews each billing cycle until canceled. You can cancel at any time by signing in to My Account and opening billing management, through the self-service link in any Stripe receipt email, or by emailing novastationsupport@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle; access continues through that date. See Refunds & Cancellation.

3. License grant

Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, NovaStation grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use NovaStation on up to 3 of your computers for personal use. Access is enforced by a license key you activate on each device, validated against NovaStation's licensing server; re-verifying a device you have already activated does not use up another slot. (NovaStation Lite is free and may be installed on any computer — the limit applies to Premium activations.)

Installation and use of the software itself are also governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA), which describes the Lite / Trial / Paid tiers and the full license terms. These Terms and the EULA are intended to be read together.

You may NOT:

• copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share NovaStation or your license key;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source from the application except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
• circumvent, disable, or tamper with the licensing or activation system;
• use NovaStation to commit fraud or violate any applicable law or third-party right.

Moving to a new machine & the device limit

Install NovaStation on the new machine and activate with your checkout email and license key — up to 3 devices. You can sign in to My Account at any time to see how many of your device slots are in use.

Releasing a slot is not currently self-service. If you have reached the limit — for example because a computer was replaced, wiped, or lost — email novastationsupport@gmail.com from your checkout address and we will free a slot for you. We are working on making this something you can do yourself from My Account.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the security of your machine, your network, and any trading you do based on what you see in NovaStation. You agree not to use NovaStation in any way that interferes with or disrupts the Service or any third-party services it relies on (for example, exchange APIs, market-data providers, or notification destinations you have configured).

5. Availability & updates

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Market data, signals, and connectivity to third-party services depend on systems we do not control and may degrade or fail at times. Updates are delivered as new versions of the .exe while your subscription is active.

6. No warranty

NovaStation is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that signals will be profitable, that charts will be free of errors, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will NovaStation, its operator, contributors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenues, trading losses, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for NovaStation in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $25.

8. Termination

You may terminate by canceling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, violate the law, or attempt to circumvent the licensing system. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (License, No warranty, Limitation of liability, this section, Contact) survive.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Effective" date above and, when appropriate, by emailing the address on file with your subscription. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country or state of residence provides otherwise.
